- Cruse Bereavement Care – here to help you no matter how long you’ve been grieving. Helpline: 0808 808 1677, open Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri 9:30am – 5:15pm, Tues 1pm – 8pm.
- Hub of hope – he UK’s leading mental health support database. It is provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, and brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together in one place for the first time.
- PAPYRUS prevention of young suicide – if you are a young person having thoughts of suicide or are concerned for a young person who might be you can contact HOPELINE247 for confidential support and practical advice, 24/7. Call: 0800 068 4141, text: 88247, email: [email protected]
- Samaritans – whatever you’re going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. They are there 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Call 116 123 or email [email protected]
- Shout 85258 – free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging service for anyone who is struggling to cope. Text ‘Shout’ to 85258.
- Suicide&Co – however big or small your grief feels at the moment, their team of Suicide Bereavement Advisers are here to talk. Helpline: 0800 054 8400, open 9am-5pm Mon – Fri.
