Sehhat is a not-for-profit organisation founded by Sandy Kaur, Sehhat’s mission is to shape the mindset of the Punjabi and South Asian communities surrounding Mental Health and Suicide. We strive to see representation in educational resources for mental health and suicide as well as support services.
