LGBT Health and Wellbeing is an organisation who promote the health, well-being, and equality of LGBT+ adults in Scotland. They welcome all identities under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella. They have a helpline open Tuesday & Wednesday between 12-9pm, and Thursday & Sunday between 1-6pm on 0300 123 2523.
